Child Injured in Victorville DUI Crash at Pebble Beach Drive and Riviera Drive

A child inside the home sustained a cut to the knee and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Victorville, CA. – A child was injured after a suspected drunk driver crashed into a home in Victorville on Tuesday night.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, the accident happened at Pebble Beach Drive and Riviera Drive at around 10:57 p.m.

A gray Mazda 3 driven by 21-year-old Naomi Smith slammed into an apartment building on Rodeo Drive.

A child inside the home sustained a cut to the knee and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Smith was arrested on suspicion of DUI causing injury and booked into the High Desert Detention Center.

More details about the collision were not released.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
