Phoenix, AZ – 1 Critical, 1 Arrested after Crash near 7th Avenue and Bell Road

According to the Phoenix Police Department, the wreck took place at around 1 a.m. near 7th Avenue and Bell Road.

Phoenix, AZ – One person was critically injured in a collision that happened in north Phoenix on Saturday morning.

According to the Phoenix Police Department, the wreck took place at around 1 a.m. near 7th Avenue and Bell Road.

Preliminary reports indicate that two vehicles were involved in the accident. The manner in which the two crashed was not immediately identified.

The Phoenix Police Department and Phoenix Fire Department soon arrived at the scene and helped extricate one of the involved drivers.

The driver was then transported to a hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.

The second motorist was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver was then taken into custody for DUI.

The cause of the collision is under investigation by the Phoenix Police Department.
