Michael Schaffer was transported to Kaiser Permanente San Diego Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries
San Diego, CA. – 60-year-old Michael Lewis Schaffer has been identified as the man who died from injuries sustained in a collision in May in Chula Vista.
According to the San Diego Police Department, the accident happened on Bonita Road at Glen Abbey Boulevard around 12 p.m. on May 27.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately determined.
Schaffer was transported to Kaiser Permanente San Diego Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries on Thursday, July 9.
More details on the accident were not released.
CHP is investigating the accident.
