Fresno County, CA – Two drivers were injured in a rollover collision involving a FedEx box truck that happened Wednesday afternoon at an intersection in Fresno County.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck took place around 3:15 p.m. on July 8, 2026, at American Avenue and Golden State Boulevard.

Investigators said the FedEx box truck was traveling west on American Avenue and a Mazda was heading south on Golden State Boulevard.

The driver of the Mazda attempted to turn right at the intersection, and the vehicles collided. The impact caused the box truck to overturn onto its left side, blocking traffic lanes.

Both drivers suffered minor injuries in the accident.

There were no passengers in either vehicle.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision.
