Pasadena, CA – A person was injured in a collision involving two vehicles on Angeles Crest (2) Highway in Pasadena on Sunday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place near the Mount Lukens Truck Trail at around 6:45 a.m. May 3.
Investigators reported that a black BMW and a gray Ford Bronco were involved in the accident. The two crashed on the highway under unclear circumstances.
CHP and emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after and attended to the individuals involved in the accident.
After evaluation, one person was taken to a hospital with major injuries. The identities of the people involved in the accident were not released.
It’s unclear whether impairment or speed played any role in the collision. No additional details on the accident were released and an investigation by the California Highway Patrol is ongoing.
