Pearblossom, CA – Authorities are investigating a serious injury collision that occurred Wednesday afternoon involving a vehicle and a motorcycle on Highway 2 in Pearblossom.
The incident was reported at around 3:37 a.m. on Angeles Crest Highway at mile marker 38, according to the CHP.
Investigators arrived at the scene and found a black Chevrolet SUV that had collided with a motorcycle.
The circumstances surrounding the mishap were not immediately established.
The motorcyclist, whose identity was not disclosed, suffered severe injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The vehicle and the motorcycle were towed away from the crash site.
