Riverside, CA – The authorities have released the identity of the person who was killed after two vehicles collided on Washington Street in Riverside on Thursday night.

The Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner identified the deceased person as Frederick III Schiller, a 30-year-old man from Riverside.

Authorities said two vehicles collided at about 8:43 p.m. on March 26, 2026, on Washington Street, approximately 140 feet South of Harley John Road.

Schiller, who was in one of the two vehicles, was pronounced dead at the scene at about 9:02 p.m.

Riverside, CA – One person died, and another was hurt in a two-vehicle collision that happened Thursday evening in Riverside, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The incident occurred around 8:40 p.m. on March 26, at Washington Street and Harley John Road.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a black truck and a white sedan were involved in the crash.

The Riverside accident left a 30-year-old man dead. The Riverside County Coroner was requested to respond to the scene following the fatality.

Another person was taken to Riverside Community Hospital with unspecified injuries.

Details about the cause and manner of the crash were not available, but an investigation is ongoing.
