Newhall, CA – One person was hurt in a rollover collision between two vehicles on the 14 Freeway in Newhall early Wednesday morning.
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the wreck occurred near Newhall Avenue at about 5:10 a.m. March 4.
Authorities reported that two vehicles collided in the southbound lanes of the 14 Freeway for undetermined reasons. One of the the vehicles overturned as a result of the collision.
The occupants of the overturned vehicle were not trapped when firefighters arrived and no one needed to be extricated.
Medics transported one patient to a hospital for treatment. The victim’s condition and identity were not immediately revealed.
No one else reported any injuries in the accident.
The report did not indicate whether alcohol or speed played any role in the incident. There were no arrests announced in connection with the incident.
