Victorville, CA.- The pedestrian who was hit and killed by a vehicle in Victorville on Wednesday night has been identified by the the authorities.
Joshua Raymond Robles, 39, of Apple Valley, was killed in the accident that took place on Green Tree Boulevard, just west of Third Avenue, at about 8:26 p.m. September 3.
Authorities reported that a white BMW was traveling in the westbound lanes of Green Tree Boulevard when it struck Robles, who was trying to cross the roadway.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and performed CPR on Robles, before transporting him to a hospital.
Robles was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
No further details on the incident were immediately provided.
Authorities are investigating the deadly pedestrian crash.
