Scottsdale, AZ– A police officer was struck and injured by a vehicle early Sunday morning in Scottsdale.
According to the Scottsdale Police Department, the crash occurred at about 2:40 a.m. on 94th Street near Bahia Drive.
The officers were working an event in the area when one officer was hit by a vehicle.
The officer was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
The involved driver fled the scene after the accident.
It’s unclear whether the driver was located.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
