Hayward, CA. – One person was hospitalized after a car accident that happened Monday afternoon in Hayward, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident occurred around 5:28 p.m. on northbound Interstate 880, just south of the West Tennyson Road off-ramp.
A white Hyundai and another car were involved in the accident.
Hayward firefighters responded to the scene and helped one person who suffered minor injuries. The patient was taken to the hospital with the complaint of pain.
Authorities are investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
