Washington State Patrol said officers responded to a head-on accident shortly after 7 a.m. Tuesday on Highway 530 near 251st Place NE in Arlington.
Arlington, WA – A 20-year-old Lake Stevens man, identified as Ashten D. Keller was killed in a head-on traffic collision on Highway 530 near Arlington Tuesday morning.
Washington State Patrol said officers responded to a head-on accident shortly after 7 a.m. Tuesday on Highway 530 near 251st Place NE in Arlington.
According to investigators, Ashten Keller was driving a black Ford Ranger eastbound on Highway 530 near the intersection of 251st Place NE.
A white Ford 550 was headed west on 530 when the Keller’s vehicle crossed the centerline and struck the other vehicle head-on.
Keller was pronounced dead at the scene.
Highway 530 was shut down in both directions for several hours early Tuesday while the Washington State Patrol investigated the incident.
The accident remains under investigation.
