At least five vehicles were involved in the accident on I-17 near Deer Valley Road
Phoenix, AZ.- Three people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash in north Phoenix on Saturday afternoon, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.
The accident took place on I-17 near Deer Valley Road shortly before 1 p.m.
At least five vehicles were involved in the accident.
Three people were taken to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
Lanes were blocked on I-17 as authorities investigated the incident.
The crash remains under investigation.
