Mesa, AZ. – An infant was among several people injured in a multi-vehicle collision in Mesa on Monday afternoon, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
The accident took place on US 60 and Higley Road at about 3 p.m.
Five cars were involved in the crash on the eastbound lanes of US 60.
Eight people, including an infant, were transported to a hospital.
Some of the hospitalized parties had serious injuries, according to DPS.
