Motorcyclist Dies in 1 Hurt in San Diego Accident on Home Avenue

San Diego, California (August 5, 2023) – A motorcyclist was injured in a collision in San Diego on Friday night, according to the authorities.

The collision occurred in the 4500 block of Home Avenue at around 11:22 p.m. August 4.

The San Diego Police Department said a 25-year-old man was riding a 2017 Yamaha motorcycle when he collided with a 2011 Hyundai Tucson that was trying to make a U-turn.

The rider of the motorcycle was taken to a hospital with several fractures and lacerations to his ankle.

DUI was not suspected in the incident.

The investigation is ongoing.
