1 Injured on Fresno Crash on Mountain View Avenue
Fresno, California (July 1, 2023) – Injuries were reported in a crash at an intersection in Fresno on Friday morning, according to the authorities.
The crash took place at around 8:20 a.m. June 30, at Mountain View Avenue and Academy Avenue.
The California Highway Patrol said a white sedan was traveling south on Academy Avenue when it failed to stop for a stop light and crashed into the side of a big rig.
The impact pushed the big rig into the opposite lane and it collided with a black SUV. The big rig then tipped over.
The operator of the big rig was taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
The other motorists did not suffer major injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
