Skykomish, Washington (August 5, 2023) – Three people were hurt in a multi-vehicle collision on Saturday afternoon near Skykomish, according to the Washington State Patrol.

The wreck happened on Highway 2 at milepost 47, just east of the Money Creek Campground at about 4 p.m.

WSP said multiple vehicles collided on the highway under unclear circumstances.

Three people were flown to Harborview Medical Center and one of them had life-threatening injuries.

The WSP is working to determine the cause of the crash.
