Sherman Oaks, CA – A motorcyclist died after colliding with a sedan Tuesday morning at an intersection in Sherman Oaks, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
The incident occurred around 6:53 a.m. on May 26 in the 13000 block of Ventura Boulevard at Woodman Avenue.
LAFD personnel responded to the area after receiving reports of the collision and found two people injured, one of them with grave injuries.
Both victims were taken to the hospital, where the rider later died from their injuries.
The deceased was described as a man in his 20s. His name was withheld pending family notification.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision.
