Fresno, CA. – 64-year-old Phonesavanh Luangpraseuth died after being struck by a car on Friday in Fresno.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 1 a.m. on southbound Highway 41, south of Jensen Avenue.
The man walked onto the road and was struck by a vehicle. The driver was unable to brake or take evasive action before the crash.
