Preliminary reports indicate that two vehicles collided on the interchange between SR 518 and southbound SR 509

Burien, WA – At least one person was injured in a collision that occurred on Sunday night near Burien, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The wreck was reported at around 9:34 p.m. May 17, on the State Route 518 ramp to State Route 509.
Preliminary reports indicate that two vehicles collided on the interchange between SR 518 and southbound SR 509. There was no information on how and why the vehicles crashed.
According to the WSP, at least one person suffered injuries to the face and is believed to have lost some teeth. It’s unclear whether the patient was transported to a hospital for treatment.
In addition to WSP, fire and medical crews also responded to the scene and helped those involved in the collision.
There were no identification details of the drivers and no arrests were announced.
The authorities are still working to determine the cause of the accident.
