Ramona, CA. – A 76-year-old woman died after being struck by a car as she rode a mobility in Ramona on Sunday morning.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 4:57 a.m. on Main Street and Julian Street.

The woman was riding a three-wheel mobility scooter northbound on Main Street in low-lighting conditions when she was struck by a car.

The woman was ejected and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the Toyota, of , CA, was not hurt.

More details about the accident were not released.
