Preliminary reports indicate that a male pedestrian was walking across the roadway when he was hit by a white Toyota Corolla taxi heading south on Hesperia Road

Victorville, CA – Authorities are investigation an auto-pedestrian collision that took place in Victorville on Wednesday evening.
According to the authorities, the accident was reported at about 7:35 p.m. April 1, on Hesperia Road, north of Bear Valley Road.
Preliminary reports indicate that a male pedestrian was walking across the roadway when he was hit by a white Toyota Corolla taxi heading south on Hesperia Road.
Emergency personnel arrived at the scene shortly after and attended to the pedestrian.
There was no update on the victim’s injuries. The identities of the pedestrian and the involved driver were not immediately disclosed.
The driver was uninjured in the incident and was cooperative with law enforcement.
