Los Angeles, CA.- A vehicle struck and seriously injured a pedestrian in the Vermont-Knolls neighborhood of Los Angeles on Monday night, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The accident was reported at around 8:24 p.m. November 10, on Gage and Vermont avenues.
For an unknown reason, a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle west of the Harbor (110) Freeway.
The Los Angeles Fire Department transported the pedestrian to a hospital with serious injuries.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
The names of the involved parties were not immediately released.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
