According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the accident happened around 12:30 a.m. near Oxnard Street and Topanga Canyon Boulevard.
A vehicle was traveling northbound on Topanga Canyon Boulevard when it struck the pedestrian, propelling him through the windshield.
