Torrance, CA – The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's office has identified a rider killed in a Monday mid-morning crash on 110 Freeway in Torrance as 24-year-old Julio Rivas Rivera.
The mishap was reported at around 11:18 a.m. on March 17 near the northbound Harbor (110) Freeway at Sepulveda Boulevard.
Rivera was riding a motorcycle when for unknown reasons he collided with a semi-truck.
Rivera was declared deceased at the crash site.
No additional details regarding the mishap were available.
The incident remains under investigation.
