Lancaster, CA – The Los Angeles County Office of Medical Examiner had identified a bicyclist killed in a Sunday afternoon accident as 13-year-old Darrin Jackson.
The traffic collision happened at around 1:45 p.m. on March 16 on the eastbound Lancaster Boulevard, according to the Lancaster Sheriff's Station.
Reportedly, Jackson was riding a pocket bicycle on the roadway when he failed to stop at a stop sign and collided head-on with a Subaru.
Jackson was pronounced dead at the scene.

The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
