Boron, CA. – Authorities have released the identity of the deceased victim in the Boron head-on crash on Highway 395 last month.

Daniel Anthoney Cane, 37, of Ridgecrest was killed in a crash on State Route 395 near Fremont Peak Road at around 5:10 a.m. on March 29.

Cane was killed after a white Honda Pilot collided head-on with an Audi A4 in unclear circumstances.

Barstow, CA. – One person was killed in a car accident that happened early Friday morning near Barstow in San Bernardino.

The fatal crash happened on Highway 395 near Fremont Peak Road, about 17 miles north of Kramer Junction, at around 5:10 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.

A white Honda Pilot and an Audi A4 collided head-on in unclear circumstances.

One person was trapped inside a vehicle and was declared dead at the accident scene.

The name of the deceased person was not immediately disclosed.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
