According to PPD, a man was driving at a high rate of speed westbound on Thomas Road when he failed to stop for a red light and collided with a vehicle traveling north on 7th Avenue

Phoenix, AZ.- The woman who was killed in a multi-car accident in Phoenix early Sunday morning has been identified by the Phoenix Police Department.
Trinity Celeste Brewer, 21, died in the accident that took place near 7th Avenue and Thomas Road at around 4:30 a.m. November 2.
According to PPD, a man was driving at a high rate of speed westbound on Thomas Road when he failed to stop for a red light and collided with a vehicle traveling north on 7th Avenue.
The force of the collision pushed the vehicles into a third car that was traveling south on 7th Avenue.
One of the drivers, identified as Brewer, had to be extricated from her vehicle, which rolled over following the crash.
She was declared deceased at the scene of the accident.
Three other parties were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver who ran the red light was suspected to have been driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
