Spokane, WA – One person was injured in a crash between two vehicles in Spokane on Sunday afternoon, according to the Spokane Fire Department.
The incident took place in the area of West Garland Avenue and North Alberta Street at about 12:42 p.m. March 8.
Authorities reported that two SUVs were involved in a head-on collision in the area. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately available.
Crews from the Spokane Fire Department responded to the scene after the accident and rendered aid to the involved parties.
One person was being treated for minor injuries. The injured patient was transported to a hospital for treatment.
Authorities have not released the identities of the involved parties.
An investigation to establish the cause of the accident is currently ongoing.
