The 5:29 p.m. incident happened at the intersection of SR-116 and East Bonness.

Sonoma, CA – A 35-year-old woman was seriously injured in a multi-vehicle crash on State Route 116 in Sonoma Saturday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The 5:29 p.m. incident happened at the intersection of SR-116 and East Bonness.
Responding crews located a gray Hyundai Ioniq, a black pickup truck, and a white sedan or SUV involved in a head-on collision.
The crash left vehicles blocking the eastbound lanes, and at least one person was found lying on the ground following the impact. One individual was reportedly able to move other occupants out of a vehicle to the right-hand side of the roadway.
A 35-year-old woman sustained major injuries and was transported to Memorial Hospital for treatment. No arrests have been reported.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and worked to assist the injured while implementing traffic control measures. Authorities established one-way traffic control as crews managed the crash site and arranged for towing of the involved vehicles.
The crash resulted in a full roadway blockage before partial reopening under controlled traffic conditions.
The incident remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
