Garden Grove, CA – The Orange County Sheriff's Coroner's Department has identified 36-year-old Santiago Higareda Jr. as a motorcyclist killed in a Tuesday night accident on Euclid Street.

The wreck happened at around 10 p.m. January 7 in the 12000 block of Euclid Street near Chapman Avenue and north of the Garden Grove (22) Freeway, according to the Garden Grove Police Department.

The collision involved a 2017 Audi A6 and a Yamaha motorcycle.

Higareda Jr. was declared deceased at the scene.

The Audi driver remained at the crash site and cooperated with the officers.

It was unclear whether drugs and alcohol were involved in the collision.

No additional details regarding the mishap were provided.
