Santa Rosa, CA – One person was seriously injured following a two-vehicle collision involving a motorcycle at an intersection in Santa Rosa Friday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at approximately 6:49 p.m. on June 5, 2026, at Guerneville Road and Willowside Road.
CHP logs indicate the collision involved a blue Suzuki motorcycle and a silver Saturn sedan or SUV. Both vehicles reportedly went into a ditch following the collision, and debris was scattered across the roadway. Authorities said the motorcycle sustained major rollover damage.
The motorcycle rider was reportedly awake and breathing when emergency crews arrived at the scene. The motorcyclist was transported to Memorial Hospital with major injuries.
Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after the collision was reported and remained in the area while investigators processed evidence and arranged for the damaged motorcycle to be removed from the crash site.
The collision caused traffic disruptions near the intersection of Guerneville Road and Willowside Road as authorities conducted the on-scene investigation and cleared debris from the roadway.
