
San Jose, CA. – One person was injured in a two-car accident on Saturday afternoon in San Jose.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Interstate 280 Freeway near Race Street around 2:54 p.m.
Two cars were involved in the accident, but the events leading up to the accident were not immediately determined.
One person was injured in the accident and was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

In 2023, the trend continued with 3,294 killed or injured, 377 alcohol-related cases, and elevated speed-related and hit-and-run collision counts, indicating that serious traffic crashes have remained a major safety issue in San Jose.
