San Jose, CA – A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle Monday night at an intersection in San Jose, according to the San Jose Police Department.

Police received a report of the collision at approximately 8:08 p.m. on August 31 in the area of Vistapark Drive and Branham Lane.

Police said a vehicle struck a male pedestrian at the intersection.

The pedestrian later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. The driver involved in the crash remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. No arrests were reported.
