Riverside, CA –Â The pedestrian who was hit and killed on Highway 91 in Riverside on Thursday night has been identified.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Coroner’s Bureau identified the deceased pedestrian as Yolanda Rodriguez, a 26-year-old woman from Riverside.
Authorities said Rodriguez was hit by a vehicle at about 9:30 p.m. on July 2, 2o26, on Eastbound SR-91, about 100 feet east of the Adams Street overpass. She sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene at about 9:43 p.m.
No additional information was provided.
The crash remains under investigation.

A dark colored SUV struck a pedestrian in the area for unknown reasons.
