Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Traffic Crash on Highway 76 in Pala
Pala, California (April 15, 2023) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized with serious injuries after colliding with a car Saturday morning in Pala, the California Highway Patrol said.
The accident occurred at around 10:05 a.m. on Highway 76 in between Pala Casino and Fox Raceway.
CHP said the collision involved a black Harley-Davidson Fat Bob motorcycle and an unknown car.
The crash occurred under unclear circumstances.
The rider went down after the first impact and was lying in the roadway.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and transported the motorcyclist to Palomar Medical Center with severe injuries.
Authorities did not immediately determine the cause of the crash.
