Rider Hurt in Pittsburg Motorcycle Accident on Highway 4 and Harbor Street

Pittsburg, California (August 18, 2022) – A motorcyclist was injured after a traffic collision on Thursday morning in Pittsburg, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The accident occurred at around 6:15 a.m. on westbound Highway 4, at Harbor Street.

Per the CHP officials, a white Telsa and a motorcycle collided for reasons yet to be determined.

Responding firefighters and medical personnel found the rider lying on Lane 3 with minor injuries. The name of the rider and their current condition were not immediately known.

The motorcycle was blocking Lane 3 following the accident. A tow truck was requested to remove the motorbike from the accident location.
