A local source indicated that the collision happened at around 6:50 p.m. on March 21 on Palmdale Road just east of Park Avenue.
A black Harley Davidson collided with a Chevrolet Malibu in unclear circumstances.
The rider was ejected from the motorcycle and was critically injured.
The biker was airlifted to a trauma center for treatment. The driver involved was not injured.
Eastbound lanes of Palmdale Road were shut down as officers investigated the scene.
The Victorville Police Department is investigating the wreck.
