According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the collision was reported around 4:28 p.m. on October 1, 2026, at Highway 111 and Thunderbird Road.

Two vehicles were involved in the collision. One sustained major crash damage, and the other sustained moderate damage.

Firefighters transported one person to a nearby hospital with moderate injuries.
