Phoenix, AZ.- Three people, among them a police officer, were injured in a rollover collision in Phoenix on Friday morning, according to the authorities.
The crash happened at about 12:45 a.m. on Buckeye Road at Interstate 17.
A police vehicle and two other vehicles were involved in the accident.
At least one of the vehicles rolled over following the incident.
The officer was hospitalized with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
Two other adults were transported with non-life-threatening.
The intersection was shut down temporarily as authorities investigated the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
