A vehicle, believed to a gray or silver SUV, sideswiped a stalled vehicle, hit a pedestrian, and the the driver fled the area
Maricopa County, CA. – A pedestrian was in killed in an accident that happened in Maricopa County early Sunday morning, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.
The accident occurred at about 3 a.m. on Lower Sycamore Creek OHV Recreational Area.
A vehicle, believed to a gray or silver SUV, sideswiped a stalled vehicle, hit a pedestrian, and the the driver fled the area.
The pedestrian, who was not immediately identified, died in the accident.
Authorities are searching for the hit-and-run motorist.
