Police said a pedestrian attempting to walk across La Brea Avenue was hit by a northbound driver in a dark or silver-colored Honda RX

Los Angeles, CA.– A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash in the Mid-City area of Los Angeles late Friday night.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the accident took place at around 10:20 p.m. September 12, at La Brea Avenue and Venice Boulevard.
Police said a pedestrian attempting to walk across La Brea Avenue was hit by a northbound driver in a dark or silver-colored Honda RX.
The driver failed to stop and aid the victim after the crash.
The pedestrian was rushed to a hospital, where they were later pronounced deceased.
The Los Angeles Police Department is searching for the hit-and-run motorist.
