A pedestrian was in the crosswalk on W. 11th Avenue when he was hit by an eastbound vehicle
Eugene, OR.- A man was hit and injured by a vehicle in Eugene on Thursday night, according to the Eugene Police Department.
The crash happened on W. 11th Avenue and Commerce Street at about 8 p.m. January 2.
A pedestrian was in the crosswalk on W. 11th Avenue when he was hit by an eastbound vehicle.
The victim was taken to a hospital with critical injuries.
The driver of the involved vehicle stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
The Eugene Police Department is investigating the accident.
