, CA.- A was hit and killed by a train in the Florence-Graham neighborhood of Los Angeles on Wednesday morning, according to the authorities.

The crash happened at a railroad crossing near Nadeau Street and Graham Avenue at around 6:10 a.m.

According to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, the victim was hit by a Metro A (Blue) Line train. It's unclear what led up to the accident.

The victim was declared deceased at the scene.

No one on the train reported any injuries.

The crash caused service interruption and a bridge was established between the Firestone and Florence stations.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
