Authorities responded to eastbound State Route 60 near the Milliken Avenue off-ramp after they were notified about the collision around 7:50 a.m. on April 24.

At the scene, the responders found two vehicles involved in the collision.
Ontario firefighters responded to the scene and offered medical aid to at least one person who suffered minor injuries.
