Huron, CA. – One person was injured in a collision involving a big rig that happened Sunday night in Huron, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident transpired around 8:25 p.m. on Highway 269, just south of W Cole Avenue.
A semi-truck pulling two empty tomato trailers collided with a gray Toyota Corolla.
A male occupant in the sedan was injured. Firefighters responded to the scene and transported the patient to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno for treatment of unknown injuries.
The patient was also arrested for an unspecified violation.
Authorities are investigating the crash.
