One Hospitalized After Crash on State Route 91 in Riverside

Riverside, Calif. – One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision that happened Sunday morning on State Route 91 in Riverside, the California Highway Patrol said.

The accident occurred around 7:43 a.m. in the westbound lanes near Van Buren Boulevard.

A white Chevrolet Silverado and a white Nissan Frontier were involved in the collision.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene and transported one person to Riverside Community Hospital with minor injuries.

CHP officers are investigating to determine the cause of the collision.
