Oakland, CA. – At least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision in Oakland on Saturday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 8:06 p.m. on the westbound Interstate 580 Freeway near Lakeshore Avenue.
Multiple vehicles were involved in the collision. Two vehicles overturned, and a Tesla was found crashed into a wall.
One person had to be extricated from an overturned car before being taken to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
