Natalie Stafford Killed in Head-On Collision on PCH near Naumann Road in Oxnard

Oxnard, Calif. – The Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office has disclosed the identities of two people who died in a head-on collision on Saturday night in Oxnard.

The California Highway Patrol says the fatal crash happened around 11:10 p.m. on southbound Pacific Coast Highway near Naumann Road.

A 34-year-old Ventura man was driving a Volkswagen Golf northbound on PCH when he drifted into the southbound lanes and collided head-on with a Nissan Sentra driven by Scott Tenzer, 44 of Malibu.

Scott died at the accident scene.

Natalie Stafford, 48, of Malibu, was riding in the Nissan and was transported to an area hospital where she died.

More details about the accident were not released.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
