Shortly after, the stolen vehicle slammed into a Ford Fusion at McKee Road and Jackson Avenue

San Jose, CA.- Several people were hurt in a collision involving a driver operating a stolen vehicle in San Jose early Saturday morning, according to the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office.
At about 2:20 a.m. March 22, deputies spotted a stolen silver Infiniti in the area of King and Marbury Road and tried to stop the driver.
The suspect failed to stop and fled the area.
Shortly after, the stolen vehicle slammed into a Ford Fusion at McKee Road and Jackson Avenue.
Two of the occupants of the stolen vehicle were hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
The other two parties were transported with non-life-threatening injuries.
The two occupants of the Ford were also transported to hospital for treatment.
Authorities reported that some of the injured parties in the Infiniti were minors.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
